We're a passionate business and because we are an online store, with new inventory , Inanna Speaks at Edenzone nor Edenzone Boutique do not offer returns on items purchased online. This includes digital downloads and counseling as well. We are dedicated to building a great customer experience with purpose and clarity. Collaboration and consulting the owner about misfit items, or broken items goes a long way. If you are unhappy with a product, we would like to hear your concerns and come up with a solution.
